How long are sessions?
38 to 53 minutes. Standard for both individual and couples work. By secure video, weekly.
How long does therapy take?
3 to 12 months is typical, but it varies by client. Some clients work shorter (a few months of focused short-term work); some longer (deeper or ongoing). We check in regularly about whether what we’re doing is still useful.

Do you do EMDR or DBT?
I’m not trained in EMDR or DBT. If a clinician has recommended either, or if you’ve read that one would help, I can refer you to a colleague who specializes in that work. What I offer for trauma is trauma-informed care (CCTP), CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and EFT tapping.
